Kathleen Martz-Spidell
Cell: 480-553-4177A native of the Midwest, Kathleen and her husband, Jack, moved to Desert Mountain in May of 2021. Following her favorite role models, her Grandmother and Mother, both Realtors consistently in the top 1 percent of producing agents, she has been an owner of two real estate companies, was a partner in the creation of several successful real estate developments, and averaged 80 to 100 real estate transactions per year. Volunteering has been a passion of hers, being on boards and volunteering with Girl Scouts of America, Soroptimist, Habitat for Humanity, and The Humane Society. Three of her five children are now fourth generation Realtors in her family. When not selling real estate, she loves spending time with her Grandchildren, hiking, fly fishing, yoga and all the different sports and activities that Desert Mountain offers.
