The end of the year is approaching quickly! When I look back over the past eleven months I can see that we’ve accomplished a lot. My wife, Ann, after joining me in my real estate practice in January, got herself off to a very fast start. By summer we had 22 million dollars in commissionable sales…a considerable achievement. We should top 27 million by the end of the year.
In July we decided to enlist the expertise of our business adviser, Randy Cooney, to help us find an Assistant… the next logical step in our growth path. I am very happy to report that we found one, Brandi Lee, and she seems to be a great fit. Brandi joined us in late July as our Administrative and Marketing Specialist. She has hit a home run getting our social media marketing to a very high level, even as she has helped me with other administrative tasks and worked on getting her Real Estate Sales License, a milestone she expects to reach by the end of the year. She is a real “go getter”! Take a look at our social media and you can see some of the work she has been doing in order to get the word out about The Davis Driver Group.
Now, in late November, the temperatures have cooled off in Scottsdale but the real estate market is heating up, for both buyers and sellers. With all this activity it made sense to add another licensed Realtor to our growing group, so we did! Tom Colceri joined The Davis Driver Group in October…the timing couldn’t have been better. He brings a lot of value and knowledge to our Group being a native of Scottsdale and with his many years in luxury sales in North Scottsdale along with his affection and talent for golf. He sold memberships to the Silverleaf Club for over six years, building many nice personal relationships in the process with owners in that prestigious community, a group we hope to begin servicing with our listing capabilities in the near future. When that happens, we’ll add Silverleaf to the other communities and areas in which we have worked this year: Desert Mountain, Windmill (in Carefree), McDowell Mountain Ranch, and Carefree.
What all this growth means for our clients is that when they enlist us to help them sell or buy a home, we have a strong professional group ready to serve with years of combined expertise. We can offer more open houses, a wider reach, and more of the attention they need for a successful transaction.
This next year is sure to be a whirlwind of opportunities and everyone here at The Davis Driver Group is ready for what comes our way!
