The “Right Data”, which allows us to be the best Guide you could find, comes from the “RCD9 System”, developed by Davis Driver over more than thirty years to give him a huge informational “edge” over all other agents in the marketplace. The acronym stands for “Residential Community Development”, and the number 9 stands for the nine groups of people who make up the industry and buy the real estate it develops.
The part of it we use to help Buyers includes very detailed physical characteristic information on every single property in Desert Mountain (excluding the separate Desert Mountain “Village” known as “Seven”). We also track every listing (failed or successful).
